It wouldn’t be a fair dig into my archives if I didn’t share this beautiful shoot. It’s crazy looking at these pictures from years ago knowing it was one of the first times I’d ever shot with a Contax 645 – my medium format film camera of choice that’s nearly always at my side these days. This shoot was a part of the lovely Bliss and Bokeh workshop I attended in Charleston where I got to meet and learn from some of the most talented people in the wedding industry. Jacin created a beautiful setting for this shoot, inspired by one of the South’s most famous (and delicious!) meals – a crawfish boil! How fun would this be for an engagement party or rehearsal dinner?? I loved the bold colors and think many of them lend themselves well for a fall gathering or party. The best part of this shoot, though? We all got to enjoy the scene and tasty treats afterwards for our closing dinner :)
You can view the two other gorgeous shoots I did at Bliss and Bokeh here and here.
