Oak Island Family Session

 

Ok, I just love this family. And I love their Oak Island family session! I spent most of this day convinced we were going to have to postpone or even cancel because of bad weather, but the skies held out for us! We had the most beautiful light – even, dreamy and just overcast enough at the beginning to let me pose them in front of the dunes without staring into the sun. Wins all around! The Dopsons were such a fun crew to hang out with, and I love the playfulness of their session. It culminated in lots of splashing a even a couple people being soaked from head to toe, which, in my opinion, is the best way to end beach pictures :)
