Ah this Jersey Shore engagement session makes me so happy! Earlier this year, Ellyn and Kevin brought me up to one of their favorite places – Spring Lake Beach in New Jersey. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times, but meaningful locations are the best spots for pictures. That’s exactly why we chose this sandy stretch along the Atlantic. It’s the beach where Ellen and Kevin have spent many sunny summer days and it’s the place where he asked her to be his wife.
We spent some time meandering around the cute town for the start of their Jersey Shore engagement session, but these pictures on the beach are my favorites from their session. We popped champagne, awed at the crazy temperature change and harnessed the breeze for these images. Spending an evening with these two in a places that has so much history for them as such a gift, and I left even more excited for their wedding at Castle Hill Inn later this year!
