I met with Jane and RJ for the Upper East Side NYC engagement session on a sunny day at the beginning of September. It was the most beautiful day, and Central Park was buzzing with locals and tourists alike soaking in the perfect weather. This was my second time photographing a sweet couple in Central Park, but my last session was at sunrise, so I was really excited to see the park’s light closer to sunset. Boy, it did not disappoint! My love for dappled golden light knows no end, so my heart was the happiest as we explored around Bethesda Terrace and Bow Bridge!
From there, the remainder of Jane and RJ’s Upper East Side NYC engagement session took place in their neighborhood, the UES! An area known for its pretty facades and architecture, we cozied up on a quiet (well, quiet by New York standards!) street before heading to one of their favorite spots for a pre-dinner drink. The vibe at Flex Mussels was the perfect finish for their session and had me wishing I could stretch my trip a few more days to eat my way through the city!
