Southern California

Today is the first in a series of travel images that I’m so excited to share with y’all! This past fall, Brendan and I spent six weeks on the road as he interviewed at residency programs across the country. We started here on the East Coast and worked our way west. Today I’ll be sharing the first leg of our out West adventures: Southern California! We spent a little over a week working our way up Highway 1 to San Jose and saw some absolutely breathtaking sights along the way. Our first stop in Los Angeles was such a fun was to start our adventure and introduced us to the gift that is In-N-Out Burger. We ate there so many times guys. We also ate fish tacos like it was our job. We made a point of seeing as many sunsets as possible since there aren’t many places on the East Coast where you can watch the sun go down over the water and my oh my did we see some beautiful ones. From Brendan touching the Pacific for the first time to seeing Jimmy Kimmel Live (and being interviewed by him!) to watching a red carpet movie premier, our time in SoCal was nothing short of an adventure and we truly loved every minute of it.

These pictures include our stops in Venice Beach, Long Beach, Seal Beach, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Ventura. I, naturally, shot a lot of film while we were down there, so enjoy!
