This a completely objective statement: my nephew is the cutest little boy in the entire world. If you don’t agree with me now, then I’ll give you until the end of this post to change your mind :) Jack has brought so much joy to my husband’s family and has turned Emily and Ryan into two of the most solid and selfless parents a kid could ask for. We were so excited to take him to his first Christmas tree farm over Thanksgiving and watch him eat his first candy cane (he was a fan)! Em, Ry and Jack are no strangers to my camera (you can see more of their fantastic faces here, here and here), so I was really happy when Emily asked me to tag along to take a few pictures of their growing family – they’re expecting a sweet little girl to join them in April! She’s bound to follow in her brother’s footsteps and be the cutest little girl ever :) We took these pictures on a chilly morning, and I have to say that Jack’s little sweater might be the best thing about them. Am I the only one that thinks anything miniaturized is the cutest thing ever? I mean, just don’t get me started on baby jeans. Needless to say, watching this kid wander around a bunch of Christmas trees was one of the highlights from our trip to Maryland, and I certainly hope we get to do the same next year with a little girl in tow :)
I can think of no better way to kick off Christmas week on the blog than with this sweet session – enjoy and have a happy, happy Christmas!
