It’s crazy to me that these pictures were taken more than a year ago. Last fall, y’all may remember that Brendan and I had a grand adventure out west for his residency interviews. We drove up the California coast, saw celebrities in Hollywood, ate our way through Seattle’s Pike Place Market and fell in love with our new home of Santa Rosa. Two of our weeks were spent over Thanksgiving with Brendan’s family outside Denver. Guys, I love Colorado. For a long time, Denver was tied for first in our residency rank list.
It’s no secret that California’s wine country doesn’t really have “winter,” which I’m generally a big fan of. However, recently (due mostly to Christmas music and decorations I’m sure), I’ve ben craving a cold spell and some snow. It snowed buckets on us when we were in Denver last year, so to quench my desire for that fluffy white goodness, I’m sharing a few pictures from our time in Colorado. The locations below are a big mixed, but are mainly Red Rocks outside Denver and my brother and sister-in-law’s cozy cute town of Erie. Grab a cup of hot tea and enjoy! :)
